ALWAYS STRETCH BEFORE AND AFTER (5 minutes)

Exercisers

Squats – 5 sets of 10 reps

Pushups –  5 sets of 10 reps

Sit ups – 5 sets of 10 reps

Stationary ball drills with perfect form shooting (10-15 minutes)

Shooting Drills

Make 50-Left Hand Layups

Make 50-Right Hand Layups

Shoot 100 – Fts (keep track)

Make 20-Right block

Make 20-Left block

Make 20-Right elbow

Make 20-Left elbow

Make 100 In-GAME shots (find your spots, know your range,respect your team, be smart!!!)

Play competitive basketball with anyone 1 on 1 , 2 on 2 , 5 on 5….Play right!! Play to win!!!
